Lightweight mullite brick ingredients: The production of lightweight mullite bricks uses sawdust, foamed polystyrene granules and their mixtures as additives for burning. Ingredients according to the formula, when batching, first dry mix clinker, industrial alumina and kaolin in the mixing tank for 2-3 minutes according to the proportion, and then add additives and binders (additional), stir while adding, and use the trapped material for 24 hours after stirring well.
Corundum mullite bricks are made of corundum and mullite as the main raw materials, and are fired at high temperature in an oxidizing atmosphere by adding an appropriate amount of alumina, silica ultrafine powder and additives.
Aluminum silicon carbide carbon bricks
Aluminum-carbon bricks are mainly used as sliding nozzle slide plates, continuous casting tundish integral plug rods, etc., and can also be used as lining for molten iron pretreatment and steel barrel lining.
Aluminum-silicon carbide bricks are mainly used for the inner lining of ladle, torpedo tank and teeming ladle.
