Product description

Refractory material is an indispensable material to ensure the stable operation of the kiln, as the "heart" of the kiln, the configuration of refractory materials and the quality of refractory materials determine the service life and production efficiency of the kiln. With the comprehensive development of the refractory industry, higher requirements have been put forward for refractories, and at the same time, the development and technological progress of refractories have been promoted.

Silica brick

Silica brick refers to refractory products with SiO₂ content greater than 93%, which is made of silica with SiO₂ content of not less than 96% as raw material, adding mineralizing agents and binders, and being prepared by mixing, molding, drying, firing and other processes. The higher the SiO₂ content, the higher the refractoriness, the added Fe2O3, CaO and other mineralizing agents, MgO, K₂O, Na₂O and other impurities will reduce the high temperature performance of refractory products. The mineral facies composition of silica bricks is mainly lepidymic quartz and cristobalite quartz, and there are a small number of residual quartz and glass formed at high temperature with equal coexistence of complex phase structure. True density is one of the important indicators to judge the degree of crystal transformation, and the small true density reflects the large number of scale quartz and cristobalite in the brick, the small residual quartz content, the small residual expansion, and the small decrease in strength in use.
Silica brick is an acid refractory material, which has strong resistance to acid slag or solution erosion, but is susceptible to the erosion of alkaline substances. The load softening temperature of silica brick is high, generally 1640 °C-1680 °C, the volume is stable in the range close to the melting point above 300 °C, and the total volume expansion of 1.5%-2.2% is produced when heated to 1450 °C when used, which is mainly used for the carbonization chamber of masonry coke oven, the roof of glass pool kiln, the pool wall, the high-temperature load-bearing part of the hot blast furnace, the carbon roaster and other thermal kilns.

Mullite Insulation Brick

Lightweight mullite brick ingredients: The production of lightweight mullite bricks uses sawdust, foamed polystyrene granules and their mixtures as additives for burning. Ingredients according to the formula, when batching, first dry mix clinker, industrial alumina and kaolin in the mixing tank for 2-3 minutes according to the proportion, and then add additives and binders (additional), stir while adding, and use the trapped material for 24 hours after stirring well.
