Product description

Aluminum-carbon bricks are mainly used for the lining of molten iron ladles, torpedo canisters and steel barrels.

This series of products is bauxite clinker, corundum, graphite as the main materials, with a variety of differential additives, with good microporous indicators, excellent alkali resistance, high thermal conductivity and other advantages. It is suitable for different furnace capacities and high aluminum waists, furnace bells, cooling wall aluminum bricks and other parts

Carbonaceous refractory products made of corundum (or high alumina, mullite) and graphite as the main raw materials. According to the different manufacturing processes, aluminum-carbon bricks can be divided into fired aluminum-carbon bricks and unburned aluminum-carbon bricks.

The key points of the process of manufacturing fired aluminum-carbon bricks: carbon raw materials are mixed into the main raw materials of alumina, and a small amount of other raw materials such as silicon powder, SiC powder, aluminum powder are added, phenolic resin or asphalt is used as a binding agent, and it is fired in a reducing atmosphere by batching, mixing, isostatic pressing molding (or mechanical pressure molding).

The process points of manufacturing unburned aluminum-carbon bricks are the same as those of unburned bricks.

The fired aluminum-carbon brick belongs to the ceramic combination or ceramic-carbon composite bonding material, which is widely used as a sliding nozzle slide plate for continuous casting, a long nozzle, an immersion nozzle upper and lower spout brick and an integral plug rod. Unburned aluminum-carbon brick is a carbon-bonded material, which has been widely used in molten iron pretreatment equipment because its oxidation resistance is significantly better than that of magnesia-carbon brick and its excellent erosion resistance to Na2O slag.

Refractory prefabricated parts are functional materials developed on the basis of traditional indefinite casting materials, and are high-temperature materials in the category of refractory castables. It is made of refractory aggregates, powders, binders, additives, water or other liquids and cast into a fixed shape by the casting method. According to the different binders, it is divided into refractory cement bonding, phosphate bonding, water glass bonding, cement-free bonding, etc. According to the material, it can be divided into high alumina prefabricated parts, corundum prefabricated parts, clay prefabricated parts, mullite prefabricated parts, etc.

Mullite Insulation Brick

Lightweight mullite brick ingredients: The production of lightweight mullite bricks uses sawdust, foamed polystyrene granules and their mixtures as additives for burning. Ingredients according to the formula, when batching, first dry mix clinker, industrial alumina and kaolin in the mixing tank for 2-3 minutes according to the proportion, and then add additives and binders (additional), stir while adding, and use the trapped material for 24 hours after stirring well.
