This product is suitable for large, medium and small blast furnaces. It has high strength, low consumption, resistance to slag and iron erosion, can effectively stabilize the depth of the iron notch, clean the slag and iron, and can be used without reaming and yellow smoke. The flow rate of molten iron can be controlled to effectively reduce labor intensity and eliminate potential safety hazards. It has been proved by many factories that this product is a reliable high-quality stemming.
At present, most blast furnaces in China are medium and small blast furnaces, especially small blast furnaces with single tapping. With the increasingly stringent national environmental protection policy, anhydrous stemming is required to have rapid sinterability, and the tapping process does not emit yellow smoke or splash for a long time, therefore, the stemming must be "environmentally friendly" as much as possible. On the one hand, it protects the environment; on the other hand, it also greatly improves the operating environment in front of the furnace and reduces the labor intensity for workers.
Blast furnaces continue to be large-sized and long-lived, and high-temperature and high-pressure operations are used to increase the temperature of molten iron, the tapping volume and flow rate, and prolong the tapping time, and the requirements for blast furnace tap hole stemming have become increasingly stringent. The role of stemming develops from traditional single-function plugging and tapping to performance-functional and furnace-protected stemming with more complete functions and excellent performance.
The service life of modern large blast furnaces is 10-20 years, and the lining bricks on the side wall of the blast furnace and the furnace cylinder area near the inner side of the tap are repeatedly scoured and corroded by high temperature, high pressure molten iron and slag during tapping, so it is a weak link in the lining of the blast furnace and affects the overall life of the blast furnace.
