Calcium silicate board
Calcium silicate board is a board made from loose short fibers such as inorganic mineral fibers or cellulose fibers as reinforcing materials, with siliceous calcium materials as the main bonding material. After pulping, forming, and accelerating the curing reaction in high temperature and high pressure saturated steam, it forms a calcium silicate cementitious material. Calcium silicate boards can be divided into two types according to their use, namely calcium silicate boards for building materials and calcium silicate boards for high-temperature kilns. Calcium silicate boards for high-temperature kilns are required to have a high temperature resistance of ≥ 1050 ℃. Calcium silicate board, in accordance with the national standard GB/T10699.

Clay insulated refractory bricks
Clay based thermal insulation refractory bricks refer to thermal insulation refractory products made mainly from refractory clay with an Al2O3 content of 30%~48%. By using refractory clay, floating beads, and refractory clay clinker as raw materials, adding binders and sawdust, and through batching, mixing, forming, drying, and firing, products with a volume density of 0.3-1.5g/cm3 can be produced, accounting for more than half of the total production of insulated refractory bricks. Clay refractory bricks
Clay refractory bricks are clay bricks produced from refractory clay as raw materials for lining blast furnaces. Its Al2O3 content is ≥ 45%. Clay bricks belong to weakly acidic refractory products, which can resist the erosion of acidic slag and acidic gases, and have slightly weaker resistance to alkaline substances. Clay bricks have good thermal performance and are resistant to sudden cold and heat. Clay refractory bricks, in accordance with standard YB/T5106-1993.

Ordinary cathode carbon blocks for electrolytic cells
Cathode carbon block refers to a carbon block made from high-quality anthracite, coke, graphite, and other raw materials. Used as the cathode for aluminum electrolysis cells. It is built at the bottom of the electrolytic cell, also known as the bottom carbon block. Cathode carbon blocks are an important component of aluminum electrolysis cells, which are beneficial for energy conservation and improving cell life in aluminum electrolysis production. Electrolytic cell ordinary cathode carbon block. Follow industry standard YS/T286-1999. The appearance should comply with the following regulations:
(1) The surface of the carbon block should be flat, and the cross-sectional structure should not have voids, layering, or inclusions.
(2) The bonding filler on the surface of the carbon block must be cleaned thoroughly.
(3) Carbon blocks are strictly prohibited from being damp or contaminated with oil.

Half graphite cathode carbon blocks for electrolytic cells
The semi graphite cathode carbon block shall comply with the national standard GB8744-1988. The appearance shall comply with the following regulations: the surface of the product shall be flat, and the cross-sectional structure shall not have voids, layering, or inclusions.

Charcoal paste
Charcoal paste includes hot rammed coarse seam paste and cold rammed carbon material.
(1) Hot rammed coarse seam paste, in accordance with the metallurgical industry standard YS65-1993. There are two formulas for coarse seam paste. Formula 1 is used for connecting steel rods and cathode carbon blocks, and Formula 2 is used for fixing the gaps between carbon blocks.
(2) Cold rammed carbon material:
LTC-1 is suitable for seams between electrolytic cell pads and filled carbon blocks or electrolytic cell liners.
LTC-2 is suitable for the joint between cathode carbon blocks and cathode steel bars in electrolytic cells.
