1: Construction water: The addition of water during the mixing process of pouring materials has a significant impact on the quality of the pouring materials. It is necessary to ensure that the construction water is pure water or clean and usable tap water, without any impurities such as rust, debris, oil stains, etc. Before construction, ensure that the water filling equipment is clean and tidy.
2: Water addition: The amount of water added should be strictly controlled. The amount of water added to the product is indicated on the product instructions page attached to each pallet. The recommended water addition amount refers to the weight percentage that can be used during construction, and the range of water addition amount provides the upper and lower limits of water addition amount. Customers can adjust within this range based on the mixing capacity of on-site construction equipment and environmental temperature.
3: Mixing: A strong mixer must be used, with a speed greater than 26 revolutions per minute. The mixing time for heavy castables is about 5 minutes after adding water, while the mixing time for light castables is about 2 minutes after adding water.
4: Temperature: The normal construction environment temperature is 15-25 ℃. For temperatures below or above this range, please contact the manufacturer's sales representative to provide a construction plan.
5: Maintenance: Generally speaking, it takes at least 24 hours for the final pouring of the pouring material to complete hardening. After demolding, it should be naturally dried for 24 hours. If it needs to be left for a long time after demolding, contact the manufacturer's sales representative to provide a placement plan.
